When you contact us through the form on our site, we collect:

• Your email address, so we can reply to you
• Your name, to personalise our response
• Information about your business and what you need, so we can answer usefully

We only use this information to respond to you and follow up regarding our services. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Third-party services

Our contact form submissions are delivered via Resend (resend.com), an email delivery service. Your submission data is transmitted through Resend and subject to their privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Data retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and manage any ongoing engagement. If you become a client, we retain relevant business information for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period after.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To make a request, email us at hello@theaiimpact.co. We will respond within 30 days.

Applicable law
