FAQ
Common questions
Which AI tool will you set up?
Usually the one you already pay for. If you’re starting fresh, we’ll recommend one on the call based on whether you use Google or Microsoft.
Do we need to be technical?
No. If you can use email, you can use what we set up.
Is our data safe?
We set things up on business plans, where your data isn’t used to train the models, and we show your team what should never go into AI tools. We don’t give legal or compliance advice. If you’re in a regulated industry, we’ll work alongside your adviser.
What if it doesn’t stick?
That’s what the week 2 check-in and week 4 review are for. Most problems show up in the first fortnight, and we fix them then.
Can more than 5 people join?
Yes. We’ll quote a larger group on the call, or suggest AI training if it’s mostly about learning.
Do you come to us anywhere in Sydney?
Yes, from the CBD to Parramatta, the Northern Beaches and the Shire. Outside Sydney, we run it online.
How is this different from your AI training?
Training teaches a team how to use a tool. The Setup Day is for small businesses that want it set up and working on their real tasks in one day, with follow-up included.
What happens after the 30 days?
Most businesses keep going on their own. If you want more, we can build something bigger or support you monthly.
