For marketing teams and agencies

Your team uses AI. Is it actually saving time?

We set up AI that takes the reporting, briefs, research and repurposing off your team’s plate, then train everyone to use it well. From people who’ve led marketing and growth teams at companies including Hipages, Airtasker and Forbes Advisor.

Everyone’s using AI. Very few can show it’s working.

Where your team’s week goes

  • Pulling reports together from GA4, ads and the CRM.
  • Client reporting (for agencies), deck after deck.
  • Writing SEO and content briefs.
  • Producing more content with the same people.
  • Searching for files, past briefs and brand rules.
  • Meeting notes and chasing actions.
  • Keeping an eye on competitors.
  • Repurposing one piece into ten, and QA before every launch.

What we set up

Each one in a line: what goes in, and what comes out.

Reporting

  • Monday performance report: GA4, Search Console, ads and CRM data in, a Slack summary out (what moved, why, 3 actions).
  • Client reporting dashboard (agencies): Live dashboards per client, plus an AI-drafted commentary for the account manager to edit.

Content

  • SEO brief generator: Keyword and top results in, a full brief out (intent, outline, questions, internal links).
  • Brand-voice content system: Your brand guide and best work set up in Claude or ChatGPT, so drafts come out in your voice.
  • Repurposing engine: One webinar, blog or podcast in, posts, email and carousel copy out.

Research and team ops

  • Competitor monitor: A weekly digest of competitors’ new offers, ads and content.
  • Campaign QA check: UTMs, links, copy and audiences checked before launch.
  • Meeting to actions: Call recordings in, summary and tasks in your project tool out.
  • Team knowledge assistant: Answers from your past briefs, SOPs and brand assets, inside Slack.

Training

  • Role-based AI training: Half or full day sessions built around each role’s real tasks, in person in Sydney or online.
  • Shared prompt library: Tested prompts for your team’s repeat jobs, saved where everyone can find them.
  • Tool setup: Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot set up properly for the team, with shared projects and the right access.
  • AI champions: One or two people on your team trained to help everyone else once we’ve gone.

AI employees in Slack

For teams that live in Slack, we can set up AI employees like Viktor that pull reports, update the CRM and run scheduled tasks inside your workspace.

Agents handle the repeat work. Anything important comes to a human first.

For agencies: protect your margin

Only 30% of CMOs say their team is ready to scale AI (Gartner CMO Spend Survey, 2026). That’s your clients. Agencies that build AI into delivery can win that work and protect their margin. That’s what we set up: client reporting, brief production and content systems your team runs.

Why us

The people you’ll actually work with.

We’re not consultants who discovered AI last year. Between us we’ve spent 25+ years running marketing, growth and content inside companies like Hipages, Airtasker and Forbes Advisor, and we’ve spent the last few years building with these tools every day. So we understand the technology and the business problem it has to solve.

FAQ

Common questions

Will this replace our team or agency?

No. It takes the repeat work off their plate so they can do more of the work that matters.

Which tools do you use?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot, connected to GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Asana and the rest of your stack. We recommend what fits, not what we sell.

Do we need Slack?

No. We can set things up in Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace or email.

What about our data?

We set tools up in your accounts and on business plans, and we only connect what each workflow needs.

Can you work with our agency?

Yes. We often set up the system and train both sides.

Where do we start?

A free 30-minute call. Most teams then do a full-day training and one or two builds.
